I am Factory Trained and Certified to work on Generac Air Cooled products.

Please send pictures of the following via text:

• Generator serial number (found on the back near the gas inlet).
• A picture of the generator in relation to the house.

Also, provide issue details including any error codes from the generator's controller.

Generator Warranty

Standard factory warranty consists of the following (and starts on the generator activation date):

Years 1 & 2: Labor, Travel, Parts & Major Parts*

Year 3: Parts & Major Parts*

Years 4 & 5: Major Parts*

Mobile Link Modified Warranty (upgraded at no cost for a generator with an active Mobile Link subscription. Warranty starts on the generator activation date. Mobile Link must be installed and connected within 90 days of activation to qualify):

Years 1-5: Labor, Travel, Parts & Major Parts*

Extended Warranty Years 6-10

(Only available to purchase/apply in the 6th year, once the original 5yr extended or Mobile Link modified 5yr warranty has expired)

Years 6-10: Labor, Travel, Parts & Major Parts*
